Ann Wilson is a trained mediator and parenting coordinator that has been helping families resolve conflict since 2015. If you are looking to resolve your divorce or child custody dispute outside of the courtroom, mediation might be the solution you are looking for. If you and your co-parent are in high conflict and struggling with co-parenting and with your court-ordered Parenting Plan, Parenting Coordination might be what you are looking for.

Divorce and Child Custody Mediation
Mediation is a process in which a neutral third-party helps parties in conflict reach resolutions that are mutually acceptable. A mediator is not a decision-maker and will not advocate for either party. The mediator will direct the process, while the parties remain in control of the content and outcome.
Covid 19
This is a stressful time for all of us. In order to do my best to maintain the health and safety of my clients, while at the same time continuing to help resolve conflicts, I am currently offering mediation via Zoom for those who wish to use that format. I have also returned to offering mediation at my office for those who wish to meet in person.
Parenting Coordination
Parenting Coordination is a child-focused process for resolving parenting disputes in high conflict cases. This is usually a long-term process, typically lasting 12-24 months. During the Parenting Coordination process, the Parenting Coordinator will work with the co-parents to help them resolve disputes related to their Parenting Plan or other child custody Order while also providing conflict resolution and co-parenting education.
